This 120,000 square foot, 400 bed residence hall is arranged in suites with four to six students sharing kitchen, bath and living areas. There are common spaces on the ground floor and an apartment for a resident advisor. The building is divided into three clusters with connecting bridges in between.

95,000 GSF 4-story building with a full basement, steel-framed with composite concrete steel deck supported on composite steel beams and girders. Lateral stability is provided by concentrically braced frames placed at selected locations to maximize their effectiveness.

Bennington Houses, Bennington College

The project, consisting of three 3-story buildings and two 2-story buildings, is steel-framed with composite steel and concrete construction. Braced frames constructed of 4-inch tubular members are located in wall locations to resist lateral loads.

This project is comprised of a new four-story 45,000 GSF dormitory building along with a 30,000 GSF dining hall addition to a neighboring building.

This five-story 102,000 GSF building is the first of a number of buildings to be designed and built in front of an elliptical field created in a recent master plan. It is a dormitory building equipped with heat and air-conditioning so that it can be used by summer students.
